Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your MagicPlanner account and its data at any time, directly from the app.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open MagicPlanner.
2. Go to My account.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. It erases your account and all associated data, including your saved trips and itineraries.

Alternative: request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@magicplanner.app from the email address linked to your account. We will process your request and confirm once your account and data have been erased.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, sign-in identifiers, profile information).
• All trips, itineraries and preferences you created.
• Your subscription status is cancelled going forward (any active subscription must also be cancelled separately in the App Store / Google Play if you do not want it to renew).

Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g. billing records for tax purposes).
