MagicPlanner (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is published by studio104 (bundle identifier fr.studio104.magicplanner). This policy explains what data we collect when you use MagicPlanner, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

1. Data we collect

Account data — email address and, if you sign in with Apple or Google, the identifiers and basic profile information those providers share with us (name, email).
Trip data — the trips, dates, destinations, budgets, preferences and itineraries you create or generate in the app.
Usage & analytics data — app events (screens viewed, features used, crashes) collected via Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and to fix bugs.
Device & security data — technical identifiers used by Firebase App Check to confirm that requests come from a genuine copy of the app, and to protect our backend from abuse.
Subscription data — your subscription status (trial, active, expired) and purchase tokens, processed by RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled directly by Apple’s App Store or Google Play.

2. Why we process this data

To create and manage your account and let you sign in across devices.
To generate, store and sync your itineraries.
To operate and improve the app (diagnostics, crash reports, feature usage).
To manage your subscription, free trial and entitlements.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Subprocessors

We rely on the following subprocessors to operate MagicPlanner:

Each subprocessor only receives the data necessary to perform its function and is bound by its own data protection commitments.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or in a jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can exercise most of these rights directly in the app (see our account deletion page for erasing your account), or by contacting us at the address below.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and trip data are erased, subject to any legal retention obligations.
