These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MagicPlanner (“the app”), published by studio104 (bundle identifier fr.studio104.magicplanner). By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose of the service

MagicPlanner helps you generate AI-crafted, day-by-day travel itineraries based on the destinations, dates, budget and preferences you provide, and lets you organize, edit and consult those itineraries.

2. Account

To use most features you need an account, created with an email address or through Apple/Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and free trial

MagicPlanner offers a 7-day free trial, followed by a paid annual subscription of €24.99 / year. Subscriptions are billed and renewed automatically through the App Store or Google Play unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law.

4. Intellectual property

The app, its design, trademarks and underlying technology are the property of studio104. The itineraries you generate are yours to use for your personal trip planning; you may not resell or redistribute the app’s content or technology.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no attempt to bypass security or subscription checks, no unlawful use.

6. Disclaimer & liability

MagicPlanner generates itineraries with the help of AI and third-party data; we do our best to keep this information accurate but cannot guarantee that opening hours, prices, availability or travel conditions are always up to date. Always verify critical information (visas, health requirements, opening hours) before you travel. To the extent permitted by law, studio104’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts, subject to applicable consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
