Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) define the terms and conditions of use of the Magic Planner mobile application (hereinafter "the Application") as well as the rights and obligations of users.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Application, you unconditionally accept these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.

3. Service Description

Magic Planner is a mobile application that allows you to:

Plan trips to theme parks
Create optimized itineraries
Access an interactive map with points of interest
Customize your trips according to your needs

4. Account Creation

To use the Application, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for:

The confidentiality of your login credentials
Any activity performed through your account
The accuracy of the information provided

5. Free Offer and Subscriptions

Free offer:

1 free trip generation (up to 3 days maximum)

Premium subscription:

Monthly: $2.99 / month
Annual: $24.99 / year
Unlimited trips of any duration

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Renewal is automatic unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No refunds are made for the period already paid, in accordance with Apple and Google policies.

7. Use of the Application

You agree to:

Use the Application legally and in accordance with these ToS
Not attempt to hack, modify or reverse-engineer the Application
Not use the Application for commercial purposes without authorization
Not share your account with third parties

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Application (design, code, content, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of Magic Planner or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.

9. Liability

Magic Planner strives to provide quality service, but cannot guarantee:

100% accuracy of park information (hours, attractions, etc.)
Continuous availability of the Application (maintenance, outages)
The absence of bugs or errors

Magic Planner cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the Application.

10. Modification of Terms

Magic Planner reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed of any major changes. Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the new ToS.

11. Suspension and Termination

Magic Planner reserves the right to suspend or delete your account in case of:

Violation of these ToS
Fraudulent or abusive use of the Application
Non-compliance with applicable laws

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
